$70k is a lot of money

Cons

Commission is designed to be extremely difficult to reach. Full training never provided. Toxic sales-over-all-else mentality. Encourage misleading homeowners to bump contract numbers. Meeting job requirements but not "going above and beyond" is seen as a toxic attitude. Expect to be out past 8 at night during the week and as early as 9 AM on Saturday mornings. Will tell you they are different from other sales jobs. Company culture is a lie.

- upfront salary - time flexibility - door to door sales training

Cons

- team morale was fairly low throughout my time with the company, saw quite a bit of turnover. - comprehensive training lacking to build competence and give new hires a chance. - the company promises autonomy but leadership always seemed too desperate and controlling for performance metrics.
