Great Leadership training, they challenge you to be the best version of yourself possible. They in my 3 years working here have grown a lot but have maintained a culture of trust, friendship, and dedication to find a better way everyday we step through the front door. I love this company and would not want to work anywhere.

Best 1st day ever! When a new employee starts (new Monkeys start on Tuesdays) the entire company goes outside with hand made poster board signs to welcome them to the team. On Friday we have an employee dress up in a gorilla suit and grunt like a monkey as they beckon the new employee to follow them. This takes them to the basement for a 1st week review. Meanwhile, the rest of the company is upstairs preparing a welcome party complete with custom cookie cake (monkey and banana themed of course) and we play fun music (usually "Welcome to the Jungle") as they come in the door. We have tasty Thursdays, Waffle Fridays, the Legal Monkeys Appreciation Board, (You can search YouTube for "Legal Monkeys Appreciation Board") and other fun activities to keep it real. Pay is great also since we have many entry level positions that require no prior experience and yet are up to 60% above market pay for our area. Legal Monkeys has a very generous PTO policy, even for new employees. Also we have a leadership program that meets every month and does presentations every other week on personal and professional growth topics. We also have a book club that meets to discuss current leadership topics that are relevant to the team to help grow the staff to be the best they can be. We have a great culture that rewards performance, and have core values that matter. Play as a Team, Need to Achieve, Inspire and Be Inspired, and our company purpose is "Find a Better Way". While our office space is a little crowded, everyone sits in an open area. There are no conventional offices which keeps communication alive and well. Even the CEO sits at a desk in the open area and is accessible to anyone in the company. Our team leads care about the staff and will jump in to do work as they also Play as a Team to keep us on track for the customers.
