Coworkers were wonderful and so were the residents

Cons

I worked there for 6 years and it got worse every year. Lots of gossip and lies. Hide information and get in trouble for telling the truth. Resident were mistreated and staff was over worked. Short staffed all them time. High turn over rate. Left due to lies and bullying. Would not recommend at all
