Good place to start.

Pros

Location. Nice facility. Good place to learn. A few great aides. Small Christmas bonus. Fun Christmas party. Lots (too much really) of online training.

Cons

Nepotism. Management doesn't listen to employees. There are employees on drugs and management won't take care of the problem because they are related to the problem. There are certain employees who don't follow procedures of care, but nothing is done. Very high turnover rate. Salary is low and benefits are expensive.

I've found most of my fellow employees are very caring, and invested in the community.

Cons

High turnover rate. Very little communication from managers.
