Pros

There has been a change with the regional team which had brought a whole new culture and attitude towards the associates. I have been working for Legend for over a year and have found it to be very focused on great care and positive attitudes. This is coming from the top on down. I would encourage anyone who is interested in a company that respects its associates and really cares for seniors in their community to apply.

Cons

There are still some people that are struggling to change to the new positive attitudes.

Pros

The people here are great. We get to work on challenging yet rewarding projects that benefit our residents. We have amazing residents with incredible backgrounds and it's great getting to know them.

Cons

Benefits could be better, and they are getting better. Management realizes this and is trying to correct it.
