Pros

It's all about the people! Leaders of the organization providing great vision and programs to communities to enable great resident care.

Cons

Lots of efficiency opportunities. The company is in great growth mode which makes systems and their support struggle to stay up to speed and effective.

Professional and they really care about the resident.

Pros

I just started with Legend and I see and feel the passion for the residents care and mental health. I have worked in the industry for 8 years now and the communities are the cleanest I have seen !

Cons

Growing company. There are some process that need fixed but the leadership seems to care about the associates. Challenges with technology but again growing. Overall great company to work for.

Management Cares and High Standards equal great place to work

Pros

Community takes great care of residents and has high standards. Leadership cares about the associates. I like working for the best and Legend is!

Cons

Some associates don't like to use the processes and then are not happy at work.
