Pros

Owner is passionate about senior living and shares his vision with everyone who works at Legend Senior Living- if you do not have compassion for seniors and the ability to do the right thing by the people we serve this is not the company for you. They give you the tools to be successful and the training needed for whatever department you work in. The support from the leadership team is AMAZING - I have worked for Legend for 8 years!

Cons

Healthcare is 24 hours a day - not really a con but some people think it's 9-5 Monday through Friday, then this is not the career path for you

Pros

The quality of care provided by the associates, as well as the commitment and dedication of the leadership team. The communities are stunning and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The regional leadership team is helpful and supportive.

Cons

Could use more laptops for on-line learning.

Great company to work for. The training and support in WIchita have been amazing!
