Pros

This is my first time working at an assisted living and I loved the opportunities that this company has provided me through training. They expect excellence but give you the tools to reach the standards.

Cons

This is not always a normal 9-5 job. The hours can be challenging for someone who wants all evenings and weekends off.

It is a pleasant change to be appreciated by my employer! Legend is interested in the contents of my mind! I has been a fun change for me. They provide excellent care for their residents. They are open to ideas from residents, families & employees. The communities are lovely & clean. Come visit us!

Cons

I have yet to experience anything worth listing here.
