Pros

1. Coworkers are very easy to approach and very friendly. 2. Founders are open to any question and easy to approach 3. Good benefit including matching 401k, 3 weeks of vacation and other benefits. Not many companies do both of this nicely.

Cons

Company is growing fast and there is a lot of system needs to be set up. However, the company is doing it and constantly improving it.

Pros

First and foremost, I would like to mention that I definitely appreciate the leadership in my team. They help the members grow and believe they can be leaders on their own. They certainly believe in promoting from within, which is a plus, and they are careful with new hires to make sure they are a great fit in the team. I like how we are all really close and how our team meshes well together like a family. We can agree or disagree, constructively criticize, have fun, joke and laugh, be there for each other through hard and stressful times, but ultimately support one another and help each other grow. Other notable mentions, I love the perks, catered lunch, fully stocked kitchen, team outings and trips, team bonding activities, etc. The company swag is really nice to have. The employee benefits and PTO are really great too! Covid times: I feel like it's definitely more flexible with WFH option if your position allows it. Flexible in-office hours.

Cons

I can't really say these are a con, but to some, it might be. I usually take a more stoic approach to many situations in my life and that includes my work life as well. -Fast-paced environment -Long hours especially when deadlines have to be met, but I feel like it's like this at any company when you are a salaried-based employee. I think it's up to the individual to make sure they maintain a healthy work-life balance. -Considerable amount of work, but it's expected at a small and growing company. At least you can't say you are bored with nothing to do.
