      Felt Like a Cog

      Pros

      Pay was high, career growth seemed like it was possible assuming you put the work in and pursued proper education.

      Cons

      The team I was working on all had huge egos. The CEO and higher up management had no idea I existed and judging by the little I learned about them seemed like yes men. Typical old white rich men. The company just seemed hollow and the incentives I had to work hard were small bonuses while the CEO and higher ups would receive millions. Work life balance was also a joke, and their Deltek time management system was so strict that I couldn't use the bathroom or eat lunch without staying late for the time it took.

      Terrible Management, Stay Away

      Got a paycheck, a measly small paycheck. Left quickly to make real money again.

      Cons

      Management is terribly uneducated and lack experience in the field they oversee. Leidos hires managers with no management experience. You will be reporting to some secretary that thinks this is their big break. Managers do not respect you. They are judgemental. If you try to mentor, change your situation or offer constructive feedback they will eventually let you go. It's a no win. You know you fell for their trap when you get your first negative perf. eval. and shake your head because in your last role you were a star and in the next role you'll be a star again. RUN! I've removed this experience from my CV; it causes PTSD even thinking about my time there. I shall never speak of Leidos after this review.

      Worst place I worked at.

      Pros

      Management was good. They where trying there best.

      Cons

      No safety program at all. Worked with radiation and many hazards. Didn’t give me phone or computer. Had to use personal phone. Had to buy office to complete expense report. It took two months to get paid for traveling and I had to keep emailing people to get reimbursed. It didn’t take long to see this place sucked.
