      Very very bad management and stupid supervisor 1st and 2nd

      Nothing good at all , only bonuses and gift cards

      Cons

      To much drama , bad management, lazy supervisors , pay fair but to much overtime not good for mental health, forget your family if you work there

As Leiters continues to grow in size we have identified the need for additional shift structures to not only address the increase demand but to also protect the precious time our employees have with their families.       It was great working for Leiters when it was family owned

      Cons

      Once family sold company l, company became corporate and basically had a large laid off and moved company to Denver

      Wasted Potential

      The work is fairly easy. Hardest part of the work is wearing the gown.

      Cons

      Mandatory OT. Disorganized. Toxic culture. Non-existent training structure. Lack of accountability.

Our new leadership has also identified some of your concerns as areas of opportunity and are actively working to create long term solutions. Most recently we have developed an internal training department to ensure every new hire has a consistent training experience and has all the resources necessary for continued success here at Leiters!
