      I'm glad to hear that you felt you had good people to work with. With respect to the pay, our goal is to be competitive with other similar companies in the markets in which we operate. We conduct annual market surveys to ensure that our pay is competitive. Work is assigned according to employee skills and performance and employees are encouraged to volunteer to take on special projects.

With respect to the pay, our goal is to be competitive with other similar companies in the markets in which we operate. We conduct annual market surveys to ensure that our pay is competitive. In addition, we offer a full range of benefits including a 401K program with up to a 4% company match.
