Leiter's Does Not Respect Their Production Workers

7yThank you for your feedback. The nature of our production work often results in variance in the finish time. It is important that the filling function in the cleanroom is complete each shift. We provide flexibility in terms of timing and location of breaks. We don't require employees to work more than 5 hours at a stretch between breaks. Any occurrences of this would be at the employee's choosing. I encourage all employees to discuss concerns about the timing of their breaks with their Leads, Supervisors and Managers.
