      unethical practices at leiters

      i cannot think of any reason (except desperation) why anyone would like to work here

      Cons

      employee turnover is at its highest. why? they make their cleanroom workers work from 4 to 6 hours straight in the cleanroom without any breaktimes to finish the work within the shift.

      Thank you for your feedback. We provide flexibility in terms of timing and location of breaks. We don't require employees to work more than 5 hours at a stretch between breaks. Any occurrences of this would be at the employee's choosing. I encourage all employees to discuss concerns about the timing of their breaks with their Leads, Supervisors and Managers.

      Pros

      Managment is amazing!! So are all the coworkers!! The QC Team are a great group of people to work with. Even with the other departments of the Pharmacy.

      Cons

      Each department still needs to work on communication. Sometimes departments don't let the other know about batches. Or just other small things in general that can be prevented.

      Thank you for your response. I am wondering whether your review ended up assigned to the wrong company. I'm unaware of what an OMIS Intern is. We do not have an internship program at Leiters.
