Pros

I have been working at Lenape for 2+ years now. I love it! I left my job in direct care but still wanted to remain in the mental health system and use my psychology degree. I found a listing for an administrative assistant (access specialist) and I applied. My interview experience was great! The director was very kind and welcoming. I was hired very quickly and have been very happy with my team, my supervisors and my directors. My job has been very flexible (hours, work from home, etc). The PTO here is great too! I would highly recommend working for Lenape.

Cons

Unfortunately, the health benefits were not working for me, but I don't think that's the case for everyone!

- overwhelming, confusing, unclear documentation requirements - high acuity, unmanageable caseload - many unmotivated, mandated, resistant, psychotic clients - you are technically allotted a lunch break, although this does not happen at times to maintain productivity
