Pros

LVF has a culture that is more professional and procedural than many other similar businesses within the community mental health field. They offer a salary that is competitive within the field and their are opportunities for merit raises and bonuses depending upon your position or department. LVF is very highly regarded within the community.

Cons

There is not a lot of opportunity for growth within the company, though there is job security. The culture of the company is very much "us and them" where people work in silos and upper management does not effectively communicate with the "little people". Retirement benefits are offered, but no match.
