      STRESS CITY!

      Pros

      Small company, you need to basically kill someone to get fired or have someone in Exec leadership dislike you, No ivory tower - management is accessible.

      Cons

      Sales people run the show not the business managers. Very stressful to work with overly sensitive egomaniacs. Poor work/life balance. Staffing not adequate.

      Pros

      There are opportunities to receive continued education and training.

      Cons

      Every firm has its politics, but here everyone is vehemently divided. Employees are over-worked and under-paid. Co-workers are in constant conflict, trying to make each other look bad in order to get promotions. The culture here is abominable which is why so many staff members and clients have left in the last two years. The remaining employees are bitter and walking on eggshells. Literally everyone I know who took a job there regretted it in the long run.

If we disappoint someone, we want it to be the last time. Your feedback has challenged our team to further review the employee experience at Lenox. We recently participated in an employee survey facilitated by a nation-wide third party. While we are pleased with the overall survey results we realize we have some work to do.       Pros

      none - unless working insanely long hours for crappy pay is a pro?! Ohh…Mid year event, yeah thats about it.

      Cons

      no special perks, always an issue to take time off, weak managers, higher ups take your ideas and pass them along as their own with no credit to you, pay is HORRIBLE, admins and EA's are expected to know as much or even more about the insurance industry then the people they support, yet they get paid pennies! power hungry people, too many inflated ego's to stroke.
