      Convenient office location and nice space.

      Cons

      Unprofessional; they know nothing of "wealth" and the underwriting office is severely disorganized.

      Pros

      Opportunities for success are unlike any other firm in the industry. The Partners care about their people and will go above and beyond to help us succeed.

      Cons

      You can't rely on being given prospects, although we do get them often. You must develop your own market and keep prospecting.

      some of the people are friendly, team oriented and pleasant to be with. they have a starbucks coffee machine.

      Cons

      no growth/mobility, no plan for people to develop. no one listens. salaries are not competitive. people are leaving constantly.
