Great, hard-working people... but no future

There are a lot of hard-working, fun people who are burnt out by bad management and leadership.

Cons

Claims to put their people first, but they are solely focused on revenue with no regard for the people or the culture. A few insurance agents run the business and make a lot of money at the expense of the teams of people working hard underneath them.
