Good pay, Benefits, friendly staff, etc.

Cons

Company hires multiple employees, makes many promising remarks about growth and opportunity for advancement and lays them all off after 6 weeks of training because the management doesn’t know how to properly run a business. They also don't have the time to tell you themselves, they just have HR do it for them.

Been here for under a year and the company is simply magic. * Supportive managers * Room for progression * Friendly people * Received an apple watch for Christmas. * CEO and leadership are on the ball and the company is going from strength to strength.

Cons

* It can be fast-paced you better be prepared to work hard and you get rewarded accordingly. Comms are fair. * Working from home currently although dun laoghaire can be abit of a mission depending on where you live. * cant think of any more.
