Pros

Lettuce Entertain You as a whole is an excellent company to work for. They have great benefits for full time employees. Training is really good especially for those who don't have experience. Like to promote from within.

Cons

There are different divisions within lettuce and all restaurants are managed differently. This company tends to hire young managers most are inexperienced.

Cool working environment, fun people, industry perks.

Cons

Typical server issues (management not caring about the server, mostly care about getting business and making their money). Sometimes can make you feel so low for the smallest of mistakes.
