Cons
Low wages, the company culture sounds great but seems to be lost when it comes to individual employees, terrible communication between corporate and the stores, health insurance is poor, HR and IT are outsourced so it's really hard to communicate with them if you need help, they take advantage of employees by pushing them to go above their job requirements and then give no acknowledgement, they don't really care about work/personal balance, I can't even count how many times I was extremely sick but expected to still work, used the title full time supervisor in a low volume store to pay less for an assistant manager role.
