      Pros

      Levi's offers a lot of perks. They have a beautiful headquarters, they are an iconic American heritage brand, and an enormous customer base.

      Cons

      The management is constantly shifting, positions being absorbed and the women's department has struggled with their brand identity over the years. Expectations are high to meet deadlines and personal time is compromised often.

      Was close to home and kids school, which allowed a nice family life-style. If your LBGT, the culture and benefits would be one of the best. Otherwise it's more over-rated than delivered.

      My boss and the passive aggressive nature of substandard peer performance.
