Working for Lhoist has been a great experience. The company genuinely seems to want their employees to win and be successful and does a great job in making sure you have the resources to do so. All employees that I have met seem quite happy to be working here as well.

Family owned company that truly values employees. Takes a very long-term outlook regarding sustainability both for the business and for the environment. Average employee tenure here is extremely high Provides ample opportunities for growth assignments and advancement. Excellent benefits and the company believes in work/life balance.
