They treat their workers incredibly well. There are so many small day-to-day perks that were never considered at my previous employers that make work-life so much more enjoyable.

Cons

I'm so happy to be here that I can't think of a con at the moment.

Working at Lhoist is great! It is a private family company with strong values and a sincere commitment for the future. The people I work with are exceptional and we continue to grow our business built on valuing our employees and improving customer centricity. Lhoist is the type of company that I would be proud to have my son or daughter working at.
