      Pros

      Lhoist is really a global company, even its headquarters in Belgium counts many different nationalities. As a global player, Lhoist, manages to hire great talents. It is a pleasure to have such great colleagues who live and communicate their passion. Good team work helps to overcome real challenges! I love my job!

      Cons

      Headquarters are quite in a remote area which makes it not very accessible... However, the setting is stuning and is worth the journey ;-) Hiring process was also quite long for me... so be prepared and stay patient

      Cons

      Lacks diversity as a whole. Hire and promote those who may not match the traditional profile.
