Pros

I am very satisfied with my experience so far. The integration has been smooth and people take the time to get to know you and explain how things work around here. My role and responsibilities were clearly defined from day one, with good level of flexibility to shape it according to my interests and profile. The company demonstrates a genuine willingness to listen to its employees’ ideas and implement changes applicable to the business context and priorities.

Cons

Processes are not the company’s main strength and many things rely on people.

Pros

Overall well managed company. Very nice work environment in the corporate. Good balance work/personnal life.

Cons

No clear plan for personnal growth. The company is not really proactive on this subject. It seems that they rather hire people coming from outside the company than proactively train internal people.

A giant cruise ship difficult to move from the 90s

Pros

Company full of passionate experts and technical knowledge

Cons

Heavy-handed and uncoordinated. Company's culture is still in the 90s. It is going through a strong cost cutting strategy. (Which is certainly good to win in agility and effectivness, but not for people in the short term). No agility, no creativity yet. Low customer-oriented approach Vs. strong personal interest and poor cohesion. Small area left to personal initiative and empowerment. Exiting when you are senior. Boring when you have things to learn.
