Pros

Working with some great people! They do give you a supplemental bonus which equals out to about an extra $2 an hour which is cool.

Cons

Mangers tend to pick favorites. If you can take mental stress well this would be the job for you. Other then that do not do it to yourself. You get pointed for literally anything and everything there is no taking it easy on you even if you were in the hospital they are still going to point you and take PTO time from you for all that you missed whether you want them to or not. Over all this company has the right idea in mind but they just do Terrible business

Pros

LHS has been working hard to make sure that they make the employee and the member happy. They do care about their employees and they care about what they stand for. Every team tries to do their part diligently to help the company. LHS stands by it's ethics and it's commitment to it's members. The company is getting wiser and making smart decisions when it comes to board members and leaders within. It was scary for a minute, but it seems to be getting better.

Cons

Members can be so negative to the souls of the staff. It's hard to stay positive when people almost only call in to complain. When they're happy, no reason to call. LHS has gone through a few leaders which unfortunately feels unstable.
