Good to work for, but they have too many cutbacks too often

Pros

Good office to work at, the people I worked with were great, they offer really good benefits. It's a good company to work for.

Cons

Company is too concerned about the bottom line, and less concerned about retaining quality employees. I think they would lay off their family members if it was good for the business. They don't seem to realize that the people are just as important as the work.

Pros

No pros none none none

Cons

Where do I begin? I worked for a local auto, home and life office. My co-workers were rude, unprofessional and were not qualified to do their jobs. Corporate only cares about corporate office in Boston - that's all; they do not care about any other office outside of Boston. Once you're in, you don't leave. You can do or say anything you want and no one cares, especially management. I've had more than 10+ years experience in corporate companies and this BY FAR takes the cake.

Pros

Again, AWESOME pay for the job. Constant encouragement. Bonuses and rewards. Paid training. Great benefits.

Cons

Not much flexibility in scheduling/getting time off. If you are not in Boston MA or Dover NH, there is not much room for advancement. Working in a CRC will hurt your chances of getting into an LSO. Metrics are more important than great customer service.
