Pros

A sports environment, but offers interest in many other areas. Focusing on internal growth and better employee retention. The company is under new leadership and is making impressive changes to make sure they stay on top. New training format for all levels and additional support.

Cons

Like most retail jobs it requires a person to work outside the "norm", but that's only if you like normal or the same old thing.

Pros

If you love sports and competition you will love Lids. When company gets together for meetings, it is like a big family. Great people!

Cons

There is a lot of single coverage in lower volume stores. If company would invest in wages, sales would be better and customer experience would be better.
