Great Discount. Embroidery stores are great for the creative type.

Cons

Terrible company. No checks and balances alows uper management to stomp all over dedicated employees. Everything must be "filtered" through your DSM, which is an issue if your DSM is the issue. "Employed at Will" company keeps the problems quite, as people are afraid to speak up. Fluctuating Overtime means they can force you to work 70hrs, which puts your pay at less than minimum wage. They view any employee under a district sales manager as disposable, and would rather lose 10 Store managers than address the real issues.

Cons

* No remote/hybrid work allowed at Indianapolis HQ *They have a “No Annual Pay Raise” policy - even with inflation! * 49% of company owned by a Financial Equity firm with sub-par leadership * New Marketing Leadership in late 2023 resulted in toxic culture * Constant turnover- employees leave within 1-2 years * Too many brand new hires straight out of college; lack of true marketing experience * Frequent RIFs (mass firings) * Rampant Ageism - Older, more experienced employees treated like new college grads; knowledge and experience is not recognized or rewarded * Very cliquish * No real marketing data to drive messaging to key demographics

40% discount, work with good people. If you like hats and Sports, you get to talk about it with people. That’s about it.

Cons

Poor pay, management doesn’t care about you, poor hours, you will never get a raise or promotion unless someone leaves or dies.
