Worst job ever! By a former Manager.

Hmmm, still can't think of any. Discount was ok for 40%. Relaxed uniform, got to wear shorts anytime.

Cons

Low pay!! District Manager blames you for everything. Forced to work double shifts weekly. Closing 3 nights a week? Are you Kidding me??!! District Manager will unnecessarily threaten your job at random. Forced to pee in cups when working alone to not miss sales.

Insurance benefits, company parties and giveaways, schedule flexibility

Cons

The hours were long, most often being threatened with the introduction of a second shift or working Saturday if overtime was not fulfilled. The pay was considerably low for other similar jobs with other companies. Management was good at making you feel like you were never doing a good job, and executives hounded management constantly for more numbers that in reality weren't possible. Don't follow own policies laid out in the employee handbook.
