Great people and interchangeable horse with other locations plus discounts with journeys of 40 percent. Good stuff for those who like the style. All in all is a good place

Cons

Rakes av while to get trained when door revolves so much because of hours but it's ok. And no commission for sales associates and assistant managers. Only store Mgr gets bonus

Pros

40% discount at all Genesco stores. Great group of people to work with. Great store management. Get to talk sports and hats with people all day.

Cons

The regional and district management are the first to call out the part time and full time employees of a store if a store has a bad day or week. Without taking into account mall traffic, or the fact that on some days it's really hard to meet budget (which can be ridiculously high on weekdays sometimes). They are constantly looking for new leaders, but don't always take the time to cultivate them properly. Lot's of stress if you work at a mid-volume/upper volume store.
