Pros

very easy to move up in the company if you're a good salesman and if the store management likes you

Cons

Tons of busy work all the time that is really unimportant, inappropriate conference calls that could be said in an email. You literally do a lot of work for free (off the clock) making deposits transferring inventory from store to store in your your car with no compensation at all

Pros

I worked here in high school and loved it. My manager, assistant manager and third key were awesome. We all got along and sold great numbers. The customers we had were great. The hours were very flexible for me being in high school. The pay wasn't good, but as a 16 year old I wasn't going to get anymore anywhere else.

Cons

Even if you do move up the ladder, the pay doesnt get better until youre on a corporate scale. After a year of working in that tiny closet of a store, it does start to get boring. Also you're required to have a certain percentage of accessory sales and if you don't you get written up. If you surpass that percentage your manager gets a bonus...not you.
