      Pros

      It is an nternational company that encourages young people, it offers trainings outside the country, the enployees are young.

      Cons

      The General Manager is german therefore German and/or English language are required, there is no reception desk and not every time the people heve their tasks determined very clearly .

      Pros

      Whole families work at Liebherr including multiple generations, they are privately owned and rarely ever let go any employees.

      Cons

      Each division/factory has its own organization and some are very good and others are not which leads to lots of politics. Salaries tend to be on the low side but depends greatly on initial negotiation.
