Great Potential, But the leadership can't make up it's mind what it wants to do!

Pros

Benefits are second to none. Pay is better than most in the area. People are nice. Interesting product. International exposure.

Cons

Flavor of the month....first it is L-4, then ISO, then BPM, then Balance Scorecard....on and on and on. Squander great opportunities because no one plans and departments work in silos. Try to give the customer everything they want even if it is too late to get it on the truck.

Pros

One of the best reason I can fathom is the relationships one can develop, as most of middle management and co workers are great people to work with.

Cons

Regarding higher management, they lack the direction and understanding to establish the brand as it should in the US
