      -Great Residents -Some of the nursing staff is so caring and goes above and beyond

      Pros

      Residents are awesome and they are very appreciative of the work you do for them.

      Cons

      Management sucks all the way around and they are quick to fire people without investigation. You have to bring up issues in writing or it didn’t happen. Make sure you CYA all the time. Nurses are lazy and STNAs are always short staffed.
