Pros

A lot of the people on the production floor are really cool and it IS possible to have fun at work. Lots of decent benefits of being an employee here.

Cons

The pay is definitely lacking, the management is TERRIBLE, so bad you will want to rip your hair out on a daily basis. There isn't really any opportunity for advancement in the company unless you have a college education, there is absolutely NO recognition for hard work. They tend to keep the worthless people and find a stupid reason to get rid of the best workers. They lure you in with promises of a 4 x 10 hour work week and then schedule mandatory overtime about 3/4 of the year. You'll spend most of the year working 50-70 hour work weeks.

Great people to work with If it wasn't for the people you work with the job would be a complete nightmare

Cons

They don't care about the employees They work you like a dog for pennies on the dollar No advancement opportunities There is no such thing as a 40 hour week there they like to force you to work thanksgiving to Christmas every year that's 23 days of 10 hour days

Company really cares about employess, give you tools to suceed, get paid to work out, summer hours and company sponsored outings

Cons

Young but talented core... but with that comes gossip and drama. I miss life Fitness christmas parties
