Pros

There are some really great providers and employees!

Cons

Where do I begin? 1. Grew to big to fast 2. Upper Management and HR do care care about anyone! 3. Recruiter's promise lies and never tell the providers the truth. 4. They will hire anyone with no experience just so they can make a dollar. 5. Insurance reimbursements are actually really good and the providers a scammed with the "Compensation schedule." 6. Phone system is a nightmare, this is mental health and phones need to go to the office where there provider is located. 7. RUN as far away as you can from here! When I interviewed really good providers I wanted to tell them the truth so bad and tell them they are to good to work for this company. 8. Danish the CEO came to the office to "meet" with providers and never answered any questions, just talked around the facts. 9. All they care about is money!!!

Pros

Decent coworkers in terms of them being nice enough people.

Cons

Anything you can think of that qualifies a toxic work place applies to Lifestance. You will be confused, frustrated, anxious, micromanaged, and chronically stressed at work. You will also be those things at home if you rely on a non C-suite job at Lifestance for your livelihood. There is a reason why many positive reviews are Anonymous or high level, non-clinical employees.

Pros

Beautiful work space, flexible hybrid schedules, pay

Cons

They lock you into a 3 year contact and dont ever mention it until you resign and have to pay back the sign on bonus, lack of supervisor support, intake workers did not fill schedules, gave new therapists the majority of patients with medicaid and if they did not show up therapists didnt get paid. Management encouraging staff to commit insurance fraud to make more money
