Pros

Benefits package for W2 employees; Hybrid options; Flexibility with remote work; Administrative team to take care of scheduling, billing, credentialing, etc.

Cons

Profit driven for investors; Low compensation rate compared to others in the field; Difficulty navigating such a large system on the employee end, lack of clarity about who to go to with various concerns; Lacking in staff diversity; Issues with properly paying employees; Billing issues for clients; No compensation for diversity related work although it is a company "value;" Client care does not seem to be prioritized

Pros

Might meet some nice people and its a job...

Cons

Management is creepy. No real system in place to assist patients in crisis, putting a large amount of pressure on anyone taking a crisis call. System in place for determining if a patients insurance is accepted is horrible, yet again putting pressure on the front desk staff taking the call. Strange dynamic between departments. Most of the time alone in an large office space with 13 EMPTY rooms.

Pros

Health, Vision and Dental Insurance Company Laptop Training

Cons

Poor pay for LPC-A or anyone requiring supervision. Broken promises of getting a pay raise only for it to be cut in half. Losing half my clients because they wouldn't take any of their insurance when we were told they would take all insurance without issues. They take 60% of your pay per client yet you are doing everything on your own. I make my olaims, billing, appointments, etc. Unrealistic expectations. They will send you paperwork to be done by the end of the day which will be 24 pages with repeated questions of the same question.
