Pros

They take care of billing for you, no requirements outside of sessions

Cons

communication, compensation (only $1 raise in 3 years despite asking), feels like a factory - care about quantity of patients over quality, no more triage of clients at intake, constant change in protocol with lack of communication, burnout accompanied by lack of empathy from management, no PTO or vacation time, super limited/non accruing sick time

Pros

Pays on time Pays provider's insurance Can't think of others

Cons

To be a full-time employee they require 30 direct hours, 20 of which are prime time, meaning evenings and/or weekends. If you are a single parent, or a parent at all - good luck. Consistently hires new employees and does not fill therapists schedules or overbook other therapists. Highly focused on paperwork and compliance and little room for actual therapy work discussions in the monthly supervisions. Buys smaller companies and practices and turns everything into unified communist style of management with little to no room for creativity or personal touch by the therapist. It's ok entry level job. Get your hours and then run before you get sick and burnt out. Employees are numbers and stats.
