      No pros to mention unless you enjoy being degraded in front of other employees by management

      Cons

      Absolutely no support by management. They just want to rule with an iron thumb. They destroy working relationships with other employees to try an isolate you from everyone in you have a brain. If you complain you get fired

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, make my own schedule, good health insurance, wonderful superviser that is helpful and does not micromanage, leadership is helpful and gives guidance when needed.

      Cons

      Short paperwork deadlines, sending prefilled paperwork is difficult, lack of in office connection for meetings or fun work gatherings.
