      Doesn't pay as advertised

      Pros

      Lifestance bought the practice I worked for. They do have slightly better benefits than working for yourself or for a small practice.

      Cons

      I've seen their advertisements trying to recruit new clinicians, but the rates they are advertising are not even close to the real pay. Administrative support has been poor - they underpay and micromanage the staff.

      Pros

      Pros are honestly that we get to work from home and our monitor setup but that’s about it

      Cons

      The company is growing quicker than it can keep up with which puts a lot of work into us for not enough pay to compensate. This company does not value its employees which results in employees leaving at an insane rate. The management that they have here doesn’t even have time for the coordinators if we have questions because they are so busy during meetings all day and everyday. I can go on and on but this is base of my cons list.
