Pros

Nice office spaces, gets you on almost all insurance panels

Cons

Lured in by the beautiful office spaces pre- pandemic quickly shifted during pandemic. Hyper focus on unrealistically high productivity requirement, low pay, never offered company laptop for work from home, micromanaging time off, managers who offer personal advice not solicited by the employee, no opportunity for advancement, referrals high acuity, no admin support (you will book, deal with billing, market, etc). Major business model shift to treating therapists like factory workers with required unrealistic productivity hr minimums. It’s a churn and burn model. Do not work here if you want work life balance, good pay, and professionalism.
