In Jan 2022 we updated our benefits to fit the needs of our employees in response to the internal feedback from our employees. We have also implemented an Employee Assistance Program and encourage everyone to utilize these resources. Your feedback is important to us and is considered in future implementations.

      Create your own hours within reason

      Cons

      Misled in interviews on payment structure, little support, extra work from other departments that you’re not paid to complete, no pto, have to over schedule to make up for no shows, working harder and for less pay.
