Pros

I loved my supervisor and coworkers. Flexibility is nice if you don’t mind that flexibility coming out of your pay.

Cons

Lifestance really should be investigated for their practices around billing, scheduling, and job advertisement.

Both the good and the bad

Pros

No ceiling on income. My team is great and retention so far is decent. Free CEUs Nice office spaces Accepts most insurance plans Matching 401k Long term incentives Decent health insurance Billing, scheduling new clients, paneling insurance is done for you.

Cons

No paid time off is absolutely a k)iller to clinicians. With the cost of living as high as it is and families to care for, most cannot afford to take any time off. This leads to burnout and impacts quality of care and could lead to being a serious a liability issue for the company. Corporate policies are created by shareholders and non-clinicians, and can dehumanize the clients and workers as money begins to overtake quality of care. Eventually this will lead to major turnover and poor company reviews, and likely hurt the bottom line altogether. Lack of diversity and cultural humility.
