      it's okay, not the best, not the worst

      strong admin support staff great clinical colleagues flexible hours steady stream of new clients full calendar scheduled 3+ months out company takes care of billing, insurance credentialing and admin tasks such as scheduling and records requests hardly any paperwork EMR is very easy to use easy intake process no micromanaging from clinical director (mine anyway) annual stock reward for productivity 401k matching

      no paid vacation minimal paid sick days & holidays compensation framework could be higher for fee for service clinicans, even better just make everyone salaried no pay for case consults with psychiatrists on high risk cases video app sucks benefits are expensive no mandatory meetings/ groups

      LifeStance provides clinicians with flexibility in scheduling, allows for and supports telehealth, and has supportive colleagues

      Cons

      Since smaller practices have merged with LifeStance, there have been many growing pains. LifeStance National's values tend not to support the values of smaller practices. Over the last 6 months, retention and morale has decreased significantly.

      Pros

      If you work full time they do provide health insurance and a 401(k). That's about it for benefits

      Cons

      Very disorganized. Many of your bosses won't know what other bosses have said and it leads to a lot of mixed messaging. They took 2 months to bill my clients when they bought out the practice I was at. The electronic health record (AdvancedMd) they use is AWFUL, makes everything so much harder. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE TO ANYONE.
