Pros

Communicative, family oriented and caring. Everyone is pretty helpful and easy to ask questions. This company makes you feel more important than the job, which is huge. You are encouraged to be off if not feeling well and we work from home so it's not because they are afraid of catching something. They are flexible with allowing you time off and appreciate your hard work.

Cons

Working from home has it's own challenges since you aren't in an office with your coworkers, but I love not having to go in every day. It has been a nice change.

Pros

Remote Health insurance benefits are reasonable

Cons

Male leadership calling female employees, "sensitive" or "too sensitive", very triggering language as a female, his words have not so subtle undertones of sexism. Many clinicians and admin have had lots of issues with our paychecks being wrong and MISSING money. Having our pay schedule be changed the day before Christmas without warning so no one could pay rent on the first (This was the only Christmas "bonus" Lifestance gives out). Lack of communication; sometimes 2-5 day response from leadership on issues. No support from leadership on technical issues- just to reach out to IT who takes 5-10 days to respond. Favoritism given to some employees with schedule flexibility and hours. Favoritism and promotions granted to employees who are buddy buddy with leadership, when completely unqualified for the roles they are promoted to.
