Pros

You are paid $15 a hour. You could work from home previously.

Cons

But when I was leaving and why I left is because they were making people come to the office. The doctors didn't have to though. So we were in the office for no reason, and it was a waste of gas and lunch money to be there with no patients or doctors. Another con was senior management would not listen to us and we were the day to day workers. They would make policies that would hinder us. Like that we had to collect a certain amount of money but we couldn't stop the patient from making appointments even if they wouldn't/couldn't pay. So how were you supposed to collect a certain amount if they are no consequences? It didn't make sense. Also no protection from patients. They were allowed to cuss, yell, and we couldn't even ban them from the practice. So they would harass us every appointment.

Pros

The first few months with LifeStance felt great and supportive when in training and being supported because you are new.

Cons

Colorado has a large intake team that is managed by a completely incompetent manager. Clearly has not managed a team of this size and seems to be too outdated to understand that inclusivity is needed in our world. Actively disrespects team members and plays favoritism for white cis females. Treats the employees like children and speaks down to them. If you stick around for more than 2 months you'll see how much the entire admin team is looking for new roles due to the toxic levels of inappropriate behavior. There is no HR you can go to because the boss and the head of HR are best buds and nothing ever changes.
