      There are no pros with working for Lifestance

      Cons

      They will make promises to smaller companies and then not follow through. They took over company I was working for and the fired my boss.

      Pros

      Be as busy as you want to be, they'll schedule you as many clients as you want and you have control over your hours

      Cons

      They lock you into a noncompete agreement that they will not let you out of and will sue you if they even think you're violating it They think they own patients They hire in bulk and there aren't enough referrals to truly keep you busy Many layers of bureaucracy and they're increasingly micromanaging their clinicians
